The San Martino estate lies between the Dolomites and the shores of Venice, on the banks of the river Piave and extends to the foothills of Conegliano. The well drained alluvial soil near the river banks and the clay, limestone soil of the plain that spreads to the hills make it very suitable for winemaking.
 
Using the Charmat method and addition of extra yeast, this extra dry Prosecco is full of fruit notes such as pear and apple, but with a lovely body and acidity. It’s also a Bronze Medal award winner at the International Wine Challenge.
