Gorgonzola Dolce

This Classic Italian cow’s milk blue cheese is mainly produced in the northern Italian regions of Piedmont and Lombardy. It has a light, crumbly and soft texture with a distinctive nutty aroma and is streaked with delicate veins of blue-green mould. It can vary in intensity of taste with age and seasonality, from mild to strong, with a lingering creamy finish.
